The Conservatory distributes images of several magicians on its website, some of which are still subject to copyright. To respect these rights, the Conservatory asks users not to reproduce the images published on its site for uses other than for private study, research or education purposes. The Conservatory assumes no responsibility by posting images of works from its collections online for any recourse or claim from a third party which would in particular invoke an infringement of copyright or image rights for use of one of these images made in contravention of the laws.
